Project
The implementation concept uses carpentry to build a sturdy metal structure, designed in collaboration with the architect and considering the final client's requirements. The entire covered area does not require a central pillar, ensuring maximum flexibility and functionality of the space.

Located on the 8th floor, at a height of 30 meters, this space offers breathtaking views of the city center, making it a true aerial living room. Guests can enjoy appetizers or lunch in this prime location, where the stunning panoramic scenery enhances the dining experience.

Sunroom
Our glass sun room system is fixed to the metal structure. The client chose a slatted roof, which ensures proper lighting and ventilation when open. When closed, it features full glass windows, allowing the terrace to be used even in the rain.

Awning
The retractable awning system is installed along the perimeter to protect the terrace areas not covered by the canopy structure. This system expands the shading area, offering additional protection from the sun while maintaining the flexibility to retract when not needed.

The terrace on the third floor also features fixed roof terrace covers with a slanted top and folding canvas. It is equipped with a scientifically designed drainage system and a stable, reliable remote control system, allowing the opening and closing to be controlled with a single hand.
